This includes generating personalized quests, tracking your progress across the seven pillars, providing analytics and insights, powering the AI Life Coach, and maintaining your streaks and achievements. We never sell your data to third parties. Period.

Each provider operates under their own privacy policy and we share only the minimum data required.
